Scott Creek Cemetery
There is a cemetery marking the old area of Scott Creek.

My wife & I were down to Hocking County over the weekend to walk a few
cemeteries and we looked up Salt Creek for a query I was trying to answer
for someone. I have attached two pictures from the cemetery should you wish
to post them. It is a well maintained cemetery though quite old. I would
guess 200-300 markers in it, many have fallen down or are weathered badly
but most are still upright and or readable with a little cleaning. There is
roadside parking available to the left of the main stairway entrance. The
cemetery is on a steep hillside so be prepared to walk and while it is
located next to the road it is easy to drive by due to a line of tree's, so
drive slowly and you will see it. There is an archway over the main stair
entrance but this time of year it is obscured by tree growth. I did not do
a reading as I was there to search for one surname only, FUNK is very
prominent in this cemetery. To reach this cemetery take route 93 south
from Logan and the cemetery is just after old McArthur road.
